Technology Autobiography:

3 Points--Thoughtful/Reflective entry which expresses your technology experiences and views. I can tell “where you are” with technology.

2 Points--Entry attempts to show thoughtfulness or reflectivity about technology experiences and views.

1 Point--Entry doesn’t exhibit thoughtfulness or reflectivity about technology issues or experiences.

O Points--Incomplete or irrelevant entry

 

Flickr project:

Assignment: Choose curriculum that you could introduce, review, or teach using digital photos you upload to Flickr.

Take the photos, create your account at flickr.com, upload your photos, and try out the tools there to make your presentation neat.

Post a link to your presentation and the core content you used on your blog.

 

2 points awarded for quality completion of each of the following:

Ties the project to Kentucky Program of Studies, Core Content or other appropriate curriculum standards for your teaching situation.

Posts these standards to the individual's blog.

Downloads original digital images to Flickr. (or uses copyright-free images where original images are not practical).

Uses the tools in Flickr to develop the project.

Presents Flickr Collaborative Project in class with group.

Podcasting Rubric:

2 points for each of the following:

Assemble a small group and the materials you will need for the project (laptop, Audacity/Garage Band, microphone)

Record an original podcast with your group

Describe possibilities for using podcasting in the classroom

Edit the podcast using the tools in Audacity

Present the podcast in class
